Orders and Process
The easiest way is through the quote request form, but you can also reach us by email or phone. The process begins with a needs assessment: you share the space details, the intended function, and the desired look, and we prepare a precise proposal.
The typical lead time for bespoke pieces is 4 to 8 weeks from order confirmation. The exact deadline is confirmed in the quotation based on material availability and the production phases involved.
Yes. By prior appointment, we can hold a personal consultation where we review your needs, materials, and execution possibilities in detail.
Online card payment via Stripe is available, and for bespoke orders bank transfer can also be arranged. We always display the available payment methods during the ordering process.
Yes. Every purchase receives an electronic invoice, which is sent together with the order confirmation. Previous invoices are also available in your account.
Materials and Quality
Velvet, textured fabrics, faux leather, and natural leather are all available. For bespoke orders, it is also possible to specify your own material. We can help you choose in person using sample books.
The frames of our upholstered furniture are made from solid kiln-dried beech and poplar, ensuring durability and long-term structural stability.
A combination of high-resilience foam and spring support delivers the right balance of comfort and shape retention. Premium models may also use feather or fibre-filled top layers.
Thanks to premium materials and careful construction, our products are designed for 10 to 15 years of intensive daily use. Fabric wear ratings such as Martindale values are specified for the relevant products.
Delivery and Installation
In-stock products are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days. For bespoke orders, delivery is arranged for a pre-confirmed date once production is complete. In every case, we confirm the exact schedule in advance.
Yes, we deliver across Hungary. Some locations may require an individual delivery fee, which is always clarified in the quotation.
Yes. Delivery can also be arranged as an enhanced service including placement, packaging removal, and assembly where required. This should be indicated during the quotation process.
Every piece is checked before dispatch. If damage still occurs in transit, notify us within 24 hours with photo documentation and we will arrange the appropriate replacement or repair without delay.
Warranty and Maintenance
All products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty. For premium and bespoke orders, an extended 3-year warranty may also be available. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing and material defects.
For fabric, regular vacuuming is recommended and stains should be treated immediately with a damp, mildly soapy cloth. For leather, we recommend using a specialist leather care product every six months. Detailed care guidance is provided with the product.
Report the issue by email or phone and attach photo documentation. We review every claim and respond within 15 business days with the proposed resolution, whether repair, replacement, or refund.
Yes. Reupholstery can restore the original look or replace the covering entirely with a new material. This is often a more economical and more sustainable solution than buying a new piece.

Yes. This is one of our core specialties. Dimensions, form, materials, and detailing can all be tailored to the requirement. The process begins with a needs assessment and concept discussion.
Yes. If the frame or structure is sound, the upholstery can be completely renewed as part of restoration. This allows a familiar and valued piece to continue with a refreshed appearance and improved comfort.
Yes. Reupholstery, structural reinforcement, and visual refresh for inherited or antique pieces are all possible. These projects require individual consultation, and we always aim to preserve valuable original elements wherever possible.
No. We are happy to take on even a single bespoke piece. For larger project-style orders requiring multiple coordinated pieces, we can of course offer more favourable terms.
