These Terms govern browsing, quote requests, registration, ordering, and payment on MyLuxHome channels. By using the website, you accept these Terms.

3. Product Information

Product visuals and descriptions are illustrative. Due to handcrafted and bespoke work, minor differences in shade, texture, and dimensions may occur.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order or quote request does not automatically create a binding contract. Contract is formed upon written confirmation by the Service Provider.

5. Prices and Payments

Displayed prices are gross HUF prices unless otherwise stated. Online card payments are processed through Stripe. The Service Provider may request advance payment for bespoke projects.

6. Delivery and Performance

Delivery windows are indicative and depend on product type, customization level, and logistics. Final timeline is confirmed per order.

7. Warranty and Complaints

Statutory warranty rights apply. Complaints can be submitted to info@myluxhome.hu with order reference and photo documentation where applicable.

8. Liability

Service Provider is liable under applicable mandatory law. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent legally permitted.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Parties aim to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise, competent Hungarian courts have jurisdiction.
